Okay babes! so I recently started using Apple Cider Vinegar for everything pretty much. It is really a miracle magic juice! If you need a boost in energy, want to rid your body of toxins, boost your metabolism, whiten your teeth or even fight off those feisty dandruff – Apple Cider Vinegar is the answer, I am telling ya! I personally use Heinz Unfiltered All Natural Apple Cider Vinegar, 32 fl oz! It costs about $11 on amazon and it is just magic bottle filled with goodness. 1. Pour a teaspoon in your water. I would advise that you eat before you drink it otherwise it may upset your stomach, trust me. Sometimes before I head to morning classes, I will pour a little bit in a shot glass and drink it really fast. It is

2. Also an alternative for deodorant is Apple Cider Vinegar. It’s a bit strong at first, but within minutes/seconds, it allows your body’s natural smell, not musty smell, to come through.
– You take a bath with your favorite soap, dry under arms.
– Pour apple cider vinegar onto a cloth and wipe fully on your under arm.
– You will notice you only smell the your soap and no body odor. Trust me, it helps for people who suffer with sweaty armpits.
