Diary #2: Commitment to Making a Change

Diary #2: Commitment to Making a Change

Dear diary,

This will be my last week as an event planning intern and I have to say becoming an event planner you have to learn how to budget and have a commitment to the project no matter what. It was a great experience being event planner assistant and see what they do in an everyday life. I have been thinking I couldn’t really see myself as an event planner, wander be more of a fashion public relations. You know what that’s gonna be my next job hunt after this internship!

My new motto is “start each day by speaking positivity into my life.”

By speaking in my last article about my depression and anxiety taken place and still is. Trust me I am fighting to get out of it by getting myself out of bed and do something productive that I love. Yesterday, I felt lazy and unmotivated to do anything. Then again let’s not talk about the past. Today is the present. I actually gave myself a task today is by record video today with good content for YouTube and myself.
What help me changed my mood around was
Tell myself I can change.

I started reading couple books called “How to be a Bawse” and “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck”
start each day by speaking positivity into my life
Talk to the right people for support
Practice positive affirmation
Believe I will succeed.

Thank for reading babes! I hope you like this new thing I’m trying out by putting my diary on my blog. If you don’t like it, oh well I’m still going to free writing to myself for the future. Lol

If you don’t know if you’re depressed or not, I recommend anyone to take this quiz; it’s legit. I found out my depression is not over the top, it stated my depression is moderate which sounds about right. (not sponsored)

I love these types of post. So relateble and honest. Mental illnesses need to be talked about more without judgement and or criticism. Continue to speak positively over your life and positive things will continue to happen.
