Social Media Detox

Since social media big now to the point, it’s taking over all of us. Why not talk about social media. I think everybody should at least take a break from it and learn more about how the real world actually works. A while back in Spring 2017, I decided to do a social media detox just because I felt like when I woke up I did the same routine which was checking my phone CONSTANTLY!     I absolutely agree that we all need a break from social media sometimes…. I always feel refreshed after a break.

      I’m glad you agree with me. Social media can be a monster and sometimes angel, but I wish the world can just shut down any social media site for an hour and just see how us people really act without.

    Certainly a break from social media gives refreshing feel for a while. I do so all the time during my travels to keep me relaxed..

    I think it’s important that everyone do this at least one week out of a year. It’s the most refreshing feeling to wake up not worry about social media first thing in the morning.
