Check for dryness: Check your skin for dryness at regular intervals. Do it by scraping a small portion of your skin and if white marks appear, this implies a dry skin. Exfoliation and moisturizing the skin is recommended in this case.

Cleanliness: Keep your skin clean by washing. The rinsing of skin with rose water and glycerin every day is the best solution to remove the pollutants from the skin.

Sun-Blockers: Use of sunscreen is the best way to keep your skin protected from the harmful UV radiations while going outside.

Lower Dairy Products: Dairy products have the tendency to cause the acne because of the presence of cow hormones. These hormones activate the oil glands which lead to acne.

Dietary Modifications: Lastly you need to modify your diet a little bit for a better skin. Remember to eat vegetables, stop eating French fries, take broccoli and drink more water.
